Do children need an email or password?
No email account is needed for children. A parent signs in, switches to kids mode and lets their child choose a profile. Parents can add profile PINs or connect a child’s own device.
Can both parents use StarBank?
Yes. One family space supports up to two parent accounts. Each parent sees the same children, activities and rewards. After registration, contact StarBank through your welcome email to arrange the second parent’s invitation.
What happens after I sign up?
Create your account to activate your private family space and start the 14-day trial. Then sign in, add your children and choose your first activities. Your welcome email has your sign-in link and plan details.
Will I be charged after the trial?
No. Payments are not enabled, and your trial does not turn into a paid subscription automatically. The StarBank owner can help with access after the trial while payment setup is being completed.
